This is myself with Cookie Lockhart of Lockhart Auction & Realty. Cookie is the 1st woman inducted to the National Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame. She credits everything she has learned in a 50 year career to her father and brother. I am honored to have worked with her and also call her a dear friend.
This is me, surrounded by two beautiful, smart ladies. From left to right, since they seemed to coordinate their clothing, is Renee Jones, a champion Auctioneer, that has such accomplishments tied to her name as IAC Champion, coordinates over 1,000 charity auctions per year, and was the Auctioneer for the liquidation of Enron. On the right, is Amy Paul Assiter, also a champion Auctioneer. along with her husband Spanky, lead the venerable Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction, and a rising Country music star.
Here I am, starting over. After being a car dealer for 18 years, a landlord for 15, I have taken a leap of faith and turned, at 48 to a new and exciting career as an Auctioneer. Auctioneering fits me because every day is a new deal,
