Steps Taken to Earn Business

I am proud to be a Coshocton County Resident. I am also proud to be part of the Auction Profession. It takes a lot of trust to put your faith into an auction company, as well as your lifes possessions. In 2012, I began my journey in this industry. You may not have seen a lot of me locally, as I have traveled far and wide to learn my skills. I now offer you a solid choice for all your auction servicing needs. I realize that I am in an industry in which history, skill, education, and technology can be critical. Here is what I have done to accelerate my servicing capabilities to you, my prospective Clients.
Significant partnerships- These partnerships lend credibility to the services in Coshocton and surrounding counties, being from SR 250 to Steubenville, all the way to SR 23 South bounded by the Ohio River, although I also have a West Virgina Auction License as well. For land, farm, Estate and business liquidation, I have joined Ed and Ben Schafer Auctioneers out of Caldwell Ohio. Up here, you may not have heard of them, but let me share something with you. When I chose them, it was for a specific reason. They still command a large crowd, and great prices for their sellers. Although the allure of an auction is the thrill of a bargain, overall, for us to exist and thrive, good prices must be maintained, and I can show you, on video, some of the outstanding results that this company has delivered and delivers every month. The company was started in 1964. Principal Auctioneer Ben Schafer has been doing this since he was 3 years old and was running sheets (Old way of clerking that still survives today). I am proud to be a part of them. For legal work in this industry, I have partnered with Rich Kruse out of Columbus Ohio. He is a leading Receiver in the State of Ohio, but more importantly, helped write legislation which is changing, a complete paradigm shift, the way foreclosure real estate is handled in the State of Ohio. I also have strategic partnerships with the largest Auction company in the State, the Oldest, and 2 other Auction companies that are absolutely the cream of the crop. My network of professionals is second to none.
All that said, you need to be comfortable with your auction company, and here is what I offer. I have taken the best educational courses available to the full time professional auctioneer in my industry. The same passion that drove me for 25 years in the auto industry and the real estate industry, still drive me today. I still have that heart. It amazes me when people comment how nasty or mean the last "professional" that called on them was. I am a firm believer in professionalism and facts, but empathy goes a long way in my book. I have lived a lot of life, have reached pretty good heights, have climbed out of the abyss. I will never forget, that even though what we do is a business, what we are handling, often times is a lifes work, and memories.
I also bring technology. I noticed right away that a live auction can be very costly. I studied companies across the US that do nothing but online auctions. I developed my own site for our applications, and can show you how we can be successful with this very important tool. While not as glitzy as a live auction, it is well applicable where the assets may not reach the interest of the auctioneer that only does live/ In other words, if you only have $5000.00 worth of assets, most auctioneers will refer you to the auction house setting, where typically, things don't get marketed very strongly.
Let's talk marketing. Marketing is advertising, plus the art of targeting the right people. This is where technology, and our company, outshines any other company in our area. Ask our competion if they know what a look a like audience is, and where it is useful. This one little concept consistently allows us to draw not only large crowds, but to electronically tagert, just like Google and Amazon, your product, your assets, to people that really want it.
I see good old auctioneers that still think that a sign, or signs, and a newspaper ad, are all you need for a successful auction. We know better, and can prove it to you with data and results to back it up.
So the next time you need an auctioneer, please consider us.
